4 large, ripe plantains, unpeeled
4 tsp sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350’.
Place the plantains on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Use a small knife to remove half of the peel so that one side of each plantain is exposed and the other side is cradle in the peel.
Bake, peel-side down, until the fruit is very soft, about 15 minutes.
Transfer the plantains, with peels, to plates and drizzle with the sweetened condensed milk.
Serve hot.
