1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
1 lb. Chicken Breasts cut into 1" chuncks
1 C. Flour
1 C. Buttermilk

Sauce
1 T. Cornstarch
1/2 C. Honey
2 T. Soy Sauce
1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp. Crushed Re Pepper Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet oven medium heat.
Dredge chicken pieces in flour, the dip into buttermilk, then dredge in flour again - pressing to coat.
Working in batches, add chicken to the skillet 3-4 at a time, and cook until evenly golden and crispy - about 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
Continue until all chicken has been cooked.
In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and 1 T. water and set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat combine honey, soy suace, apple cider, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and stir in the cornstarch mixture. Stir until thickened - about 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately and drizzle with the honey glaze.
