6 lg. eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
12 slices sourdough bread
3 tbsp. butter
confectioner's sugar
syrup

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, wisk eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour half into a 13"X9" baking dish. Add 6 slices bread and allow to soak for 15 minutes (turning over once).

In 12" skillet, melt butter on medium heat. Add soaked bread and cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes until golden on both sides.

Repeat for the additional 6 slices.

Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and serve with syrup or fresh fruit as desired.
