1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
4-6 boneless pork loin chops

Directions:
Heat oven to 375º.

Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions.

Place pork chops in a baking dish that has been prepared with cooking spray. Top with apple pie filling and them top with prepared stuffing mix.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes or until chops are cooked through.

* Double stuffing and pie filling if additional chops are desired.
