1 Large Cabbage
2 lb. Ground Beef
1 C. Rice
2 Large Onions
1 Large Can Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the whole cabbage until the leaves are limber.
Cook the ground beef and onions in a skillet until brown.
Add uncooked rice and mix well.
Remove cabbage leaves and place the 2-3 outside leaves in the bottom of a large pan.
Take the remaining individual leaves and fill each leaf with a tablespoon or more of the meat mixture.
Roll the leaf tightly and placed in the pan. Continue until you make as many as you want.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add tomatoes on top of the rolls.
Cover with hot water and cook for 1 hour or until done.
