1 (3 oz.) pkg. yellow JELL-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange JELL-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red JELL-O
1 (3 oz.) pkg. green JELL-O
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Sour cream
1 large container Cool Whip (optional)

Directions:

Spray 12" spring form pan with cooking spray.

Mix 3/4 c. boiling water with 1 pkg. JELL-O and stir for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 of the ice cream to the JELL-O and mix till smooth. Pour mixture into spring form pan. Chill in refrigerator for 25 minutes. Cover with a thin layer of sour cream and chill 20 minutes.

Repeat steps until all JELL-O is used up (ending with a layer of JELL-O). When ready to serve, unlock sides of spring form pan and leave on bottom of pan. Serve as is or cover with Cool Whip.
