4-5 chicken breasts, frozen
2 pkgs. taco seasoning
2 cans Ro*Tel diced tomatoes
Soft taco shells
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Lettuce
Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cover frozen chicken breasts with water in crock pot and cook on low all day. When done, shred chicken and transfer to sauce pan. Add Ro*Tel tomatoes and taco seasoning. Heat for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with taco shells and toppings.
