1 lb dough (fresh or frozen) Bridgeford or pizza dough from your local Italian deli
½ lb. sliced pepperoni, chopped into smaller pieces
½ lb shredded provolone cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together pepperoni, cheeses and egg. Roll out dough thin and shape into an oblong shape, approximately 9 x 13 inches. Spread mixture evenly over dough. Roll on the long side and nip ends. Bake on tin foil on a cookie sheet at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Here is another recipe that my friend Jeri gave me. She makes this all the time for parties and it’s the first think to go. Everyone loves this. It tastes like pizza.
