1/2 C Unsalted Butter
3/4 C Light Brown Sugar
1/2 C Cocoa Powder
1 T Vanilla
2 Eggs, large
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2/3 C AP Flour
Frosting:
1 C Peanut Butter
1 C Powdered Sugar
5T Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 C Heavy Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix softened butter and brown sugar until creamy and then add eggs and vanilla. Add remaining dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Pour batter into cupcake liners and bake for 20 minutes or until tops spring back when touched.
Frosting:
Mix all ingredients lightly and then add heavy cream slowly until you get a smooth consistency.
