4 tablespoons pine nuts
2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:
Mince garlic and pine nuts in a food processor. Add basil and Parmesan cheese and process, and then add olive oil in a steady stream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
