1 Sheet Puff Pastry
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 cup Blueberries
1 TBSP Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Place one sheet of puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a rotary cutter, cut pastry into nine equal squares. Place a 1 inch diagonal cut into all corners of each parchment square. Place one Tablespoon of cheese mixture into the center of each square. Fold every other corner of pastry in to the center of each square to make pinwheels. Garnish the center of each pastry with four to five blueberries. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Place powdered sugar in a strainer and tap to garnish each pastry. Serve immediately.
