2 bunches of broccoli chopped
1 cup chopped sweet onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup raisins
1 pound bacon fried and crumbled( I use turkey bacon.)
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise(or cream skimmed from coconut milk or, I bet you could use Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place salad ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake and refrigerate until just before serving.
