Frozen or fresh pot roast
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 can water
Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in pan. Mix soups and water together and pour over roast. Bake 350 for 2-2 1/2 hours for fresh or 3-3 1/2 hours for frozen. This recipe works in the crock pot too.
