1 Stick butter melted
3/4 Cup flour
Dash of salt
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups fresh peaches, apples, blackberries or blue berries
2 Tsp baking powder
3/4 Cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix fruit with 1/2 cup of sugar. If using blackberries, increase sugar to 1 cup. For apples add 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp ground ginger. Pour melted butter in a 9 x 9 pan. Mix together the remaining sugar, flour, salt. baking powder and milk. Pour over the butter. Spoon fruit over the batter with any juices that might have accumulated. DO NOT STIR! Bake for 45 minutes at 375º.
