2 c. squash
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 sm. can Carnation milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash in salted water until tender. Drain and mash squash. Mix squash, butter, eggs, onion, cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and crackers (in that order). Reserve a few crumbs for topping. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
