1 lb Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion (diced)
1 T Mustard
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T White Vinegar
3/4 C Ketchup
1/2 C Green Pepper (diced)
1/2 C Celery (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and the onion in a dutch oven, breaking beef into fine pieces. Add the other ingredients. Give a good stir, cover and simmer on low for approximately 40 minutes or until flavors are given a chance to mingle

This recipe was given to me by our family's lifetime neighbor, Geneva Kaufman, who was a cook at Bloomfield Elementary where I attended grade school. This is the recipe they fed us kidders for lunch. I always liked it :)
