2 1/2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. thyme
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 2/3 cup.

This is so simple to make. I usually triple the recipe, so I always have it on hand. You can use it for everything; meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, etc. I do leave out the cayenne pepper and just add extra heat depending on the dish.
