Directions:
Brown 1 pound pork sausage (like Jimmy Dean) in ⅓ cup butter. Add ⅔ cup chopped onions, ⅔ cup celery and 2 cups chopped apples (tart, not delicious). Cook mixture a few minutes. Add a cup herb seasoned bread cubes and 1¼ cups chicken broth. Bake in oven or inside cavity of turkey. I prefer oven. Can moisten with turkey gravy if desired.
I use fat-free in a jar.
