2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 T. onion, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. pecans, chopped, divided
Directions:
Directions:
Save 1 cup pecans to roll ball in.
Mix all remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 large, or 2 small, balls. Roll in pecans. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
