8 oz. crab meat (can be the artificial kind)
8 oz. Wisespread sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. mayo
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. of 6 English muffins



Directions:
Directions:
Cut each half of English muffin in quarters. Place on a large cookie sheet. Combine all ingredients (be sure butter is melted) and place on each piece of English muffin.
Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and freeze. (at least 30 minutes, or as I do, days ahead of your party.) Take out of freezer and broil until golden brown. You'll have to pay attention, because it doesn't take long.
