Ingredients:  
Whisk together in a Medium Bowl:
1/2 c. Oil
2 beaten Eggs (whites can be beaten separately and folded in at the end)
1.5 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/4 c. milk

Sift or stir in a Small Bowl:
2 1/4 c. Flour (can be half Whole Wheat Flour)
4 t. Baking Powder
3/4 t. Salt
1/4 c. Sugar (or less)

Directions:
Stir in dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Bake according to your waffle iron's instructions. This is a thinner waffle batter than "Liz's Waffles", but will get nice and crispy for those who like them.
