½ skillet cornbread
4 biscuits
6 boiled eggs
1 medium onion
½ cup chopped celery
sage or poultry seasoning to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Crumble cornbread, biscuits, chopped eggs, chopped onions, chopped celery and mix together. If you boil the chicken use broth from it or if you stuff a chicken or turkey just use water and when you put your dressing in them, it flavors the dressing. Cover dressing if you cook it in a pan and cook at 350 degrees for about an hour and then take cover off and let brown for a few minutes. If you cook the neck, liver and gizzard on top of the stove in water and salt, use that broth to make gravy to put over your dressing. Put Crisco, about one teaspoon in skillet and 2 teaspoons of flour then stir until brown and then pour your broth on it and let it thicken.
