Crust:
24 Oreo ® cookies, crushed in food processor
6 T. butter, melted
Mix together and press in a cheesecake pan and up 2” on sides.

Filling:
3 (8oz.) softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and vanilla. Continue mixing until blended; add eggs one at a time, mix well.

Topping:

1 small pkg. of pecan pieces (chopped), Miniature Hershey kisses, Caramel topping (in a bottle—not jar).

Sprinkle 1/2 of pecan mixture onto crust, drizzle caramel over this. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and bake for 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove from oven and take a knife and go around pan to loosen. Drizzle more caramel over top and sprinkle with pecan mixture. Top with Hershey kisses.
