4 chicken breasts – boned & skinned
4 slices of ham
6 oz natural cheese – 4 slices
¼ c flour
2 T butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 c sliced mushrooms (fresh)
1 clove garlic
1/8 t. rosemary crushed
¼ c white saturene wine or vermouth
1/3 c light cream or canned evaporated milk

Debone chicken – pound with mallet, place slice of cheese & ham, roll up in each breast and secure with tooth pick

Coat rolls in flour and salt & pepper, brown in skillet. Place in small baking dish
Brown mushrooms in butter with rosemary & garlic. Add wine, soup & cream, warm through. Pour sauce over chicken rolls. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.

Bake 325’ – 1.50 hrs – watch for browning.

Serve with rice
