Ingredients:  
8 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup oil
2 T sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients together while the potatoes are still warm. Leave in fridge overnight. In morning add the flour. Roll very thin with lots of flour. Finish with your Norwegian rolling pin. Brown on both sides on large griddle. Enjoy with sugar and cinnamon.
