1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup flour
2 egg whites
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, butter, nuts and four. Spread in shallow pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle 2/3 of crumbs in a 13x9x2 inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients. (decrease sugar to 2/3 cup if using frozen berries). Beat at high speed to stiff peaks (approx. 10 minutes). Fold in one cup whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.
