1 pkg imitation crab meat
1/2 cup Japanese mayo
1 Tbsp sriracha
1 small avocado, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
Furikake spice
1-2 cups cooked sushi rice
1 1/2 Tbsp mizkan rice vinegar
11/2 Tbsp sugar
Nori/Seaweed for scooping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crab, mayo, sriracha, avocado and green onion. Set aside.
Mix the cooked sushi rice with the mizkan rice vinegar and sugar. Place rice mixture in a baking dish. Add with the crab mixture, and top generously with furikake spice. Bake at 350º
for 20 minutes. Serve with seaweed.
