1 pound hamburger
1 large onion, cut up
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
15 oz. can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
8 slices mozzarella cheese
2 eggs

1 T oil
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce and water. ( I often add 1/4 tsp basil and 1/4 tsp oregano). Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into prepared pan, top with mozzarella cheese. Place in oven to keep warm. Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy. Add flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour batter over hot meat filling. Spread to cover completely. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake in 400º oven for 30 minutes in greased 13x9x2 inch pan until puffed and golden brown.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can use 1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce in place of the mix, tomato sauce, and water. Ground chicken or turkey would work in place of the hamburger.
