2 T Olive Oil
1/2 C Onion, finely chopped
1/4 C Green Pepper, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 15.5oz Can Black Beans
3/4 C Water
1 tsp Oregano
1 T Goya Sazonador Total Perfect Seasoning
1 T White Wine or Cider Vinegar

Directions:

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, pepper, and garlic; cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
