2 Apples, large, your favorite variety
1 8oz Tube Crescent Rolls
1 Orange, medium
2T Butter, melted
1 tsp Orange Zest
1/2 C Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Peel, core, and slice apples, thin. Unroll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle in half totally 16 smaller triangle strips. Place 3 to 4 apple slices at the wide end of the triangle and roll up. Arrange bundles into a 9 X 13 pan. Mix orange zest, sugar, and cinnamon and set aside. Juice orange and pour into pan and not over bundles. Drizzle butter over the bundles and then sprinkle zest mixture on top of buttered bundles. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

I have made these with many different varieties of apples, my favorite being granny smith or honey crisp. Whip cream or ice cream go wonderful with these bundles.
