2 lb. potatoes, washed and cut in half
3 T. butter or olive oil

6 T. shredded Parmesan cheese
seasoned salt to taste
Sour cream or ranch dressing to serve alongside

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Melt butter in the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and seasoned salt over butter.
Place potatoes cut side down on top of seasonings.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until cooked through.
Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before flipping potatoes over.
Serve cut side up with a dollop of sour cream or ranch dressing.
This recipe may be doubled using a sheet pan.
