1 lb. chicken breast
4 oz. cream cheese
4 oz green chilies
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 can olive (chopped)
1 28oz can enchilada sauce
10 corn tortillas
salt
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken till done. Shred chicken and combine in a large bowl, green chilies, cream cheese, olives, 1 cup cheese, salt as needed.
Preheat oven to 350º coat a 13x9 pan. Put enchilada sauce in a pan.
Dip tortilla in sauce fill with mixture, then put in pan rows. Then put rest 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake 20 min, then broil till cheese is brown.
Pour remaining sauce over enchaladas

use as many olives as you like. You can also use flour tortillas if you would like.
