6 Eggs
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Sugar
1 T. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/8 tsp. Cinammon
8 T. butter - cut-up
3 C. Half and Half
1/4 C. Heavy Cream
French Bread - cubed
1/2 C. Pecans
8oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Whikey Sauce
1 C. Cream
1 C. Sugar
1 T. Butter
1/2 tsp. Cornstarch
5 T. Whiskey

Directions:

Bread
Mix together al ingredients and pour over the cubed french bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
To bake: Cover with foil and poke holes in the foil.
Bake at 350º for 40 minutes
Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.

Whiskey Sauce
Heat cream, sugar, butter, and cinammon together.
Mix together the corn starch and whiskey and pour into the hot mixture.
Bring to a boil to thicken.
