2 lbs. fresh grouper fillet
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
1/4 sweet Cuban pepper, chopped (Optional)
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
10 whole lemons, juiced
Parsley for garnish

Cut grouper fillet into small chunks. Add onion, green pepper and cilantro. In a non-metal bowl, toss vegetables and grouper with wine and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cover completely with lemon juice and refrigerate for at least 10 hours.
Serve, drained, onto a cold bed of lettuce and garnish with parsley.
