1½ c Flour (measure than sift)
1 c Sugar
¼ c Cocoa
1 t Baking Soda
½ t Salt
1 T Vinegar
1 t Vanilla
½ c Vegetable Oil
1 c Cold Water

Icing:
1 c Sugar
½ c Cocoa
¼ c Butter or Margerine
¼ c Milk

Cake:
Sift dry ingredients and add liquid ingredients. Bake at 350º in greased 9x12 pan for 30-35 minutes.

Icing:
In a medium saucepan put sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Boil for 1 minute and then beat with a mixer until thick and spreadable. Spread on cooled cake.
