3 C. Bran Buds
1 C. Boiling Water
2 Eggs - beaten
1/2 C. Corn Oil
1 1/4 C. Sugar
2 C. Buttermilk
2 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Cinammon
1/2 Box Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over the bran buds and set aside.
Mix together eggs, oil sugar, and buttermilk.

Sift together - flour, alt, baking soda, cinammon

Combine all ingredients. Fold in raisins.
Place in lined muffin pan and bake at 375º for 20-30 minutes.

Will keep in the refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
