1 Yellow Cake Mix with Pudding in the Mix, baked as directed
1 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple

9 oz cream cheese
Lg Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 c Milk
1 c Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
Lg Carton of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix as directed in 13x9 pan.and as soon as cake is out of oven, punch holes with a fork all over the cake. Spread crushed pineapple and juice over hot cake. Refrigerate until cool.
With mixer, blend cream cheese, vanilla pudding mix and milk until thick.
Fold in nuts and spread over cold cake.
Spread Cool Whip© over all and sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut or both.

CAN BE FROZEN!
