Topping: 3/4 c. Brown Sugar
1/3 c. Flour
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
2 oz. Butter

Dry Ingredients: 2 1/4 c. Flour
1 3/4 c. Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Salt

Batter: 3 Eggs
3/4 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 sticks Margarine
3/4 c. Water
4 oz. Evaporated Milk

Topping: Combine first three ingredients and mix well
Cut butter into small pieces and work into dry ingredients w/ hands
Refrigerate

Dry Ingredients: Combine all ingredients and set aside

Batter: Spray 9" x 13" pan with pan spray
Beat eggs in bowl with whip until fluffy.
Add vanilla & evaporated milk.
Combine margarine with water, then pour slowly into batter mixture
with mixer on low speed.
Turn mixer off add small amount of dry ingredients.
Turn mixer on low to combine. Mix well. Turn off.
Scrape bowl and repeat until all dry ingredients have been incorporated.
Pour batter into pan.
Sprinkle topping on top of cake batter, covering well.
Place in oven and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Cool and cut 3 x 6
