Stuffed Shells Alfredo Recipe

12oz pkg jumbo shells
32oz ricotta cheese
2 eggs 2 cups Italian blend shredded cheese
2 sticks of butter
16oz heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste
fresh basil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Cook pasta shells al dente, drain and cool.
Meanwhile in large bowl, stir together ricotta, Italian cheese blend, eggs and season with salt & pepper. Stuff mixture into shells.
In a sauce pan, melt butter. Add cream and bring to a simmer . Turn off heat, stir in Parmasan cheese. Season with salt & pepper.
Pour some of the sauce in bottom of pyrex dish, arrange stuffed shells, spoon remaining sauce on top and sprinkle more cheese.
Bake until cheesy and bubbly, 15-20 min. Garnish with chopped basil
(I use a 9x13 and a 9x9 for this recipe)
