2 TBSP. chopped fresh orange segments
1/4 C orange juice
1/4 C olive oil
2 tsp. lime juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips

Combine first 9 ingredients in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and turn to coat. Seal and refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Drain and discard marinade. Thread meat on metal or soaked wooden skewers. Grill uncovered over medium hot heat for 6 - 8 minutes or until juices run clear, turning often
