1 1/2 C. Butter
1 1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1 1/4 C. White Sugar
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
5 C. Flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinammon
2 C. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter and sugar. add the eggs ( beaten lightly).
Sift together flour and soda with the nutmeg and cinammon.
Add the flour mixture to the creamed ingredients.
Add 2 C. Chopped Pecans
Form a roll and seal with wax paper or foil and refrigerate.
Slice and bake at 350º
