Ingredients:  
4 Cups diced chicken.
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Can Cream of Celery soup
1 Can (1 C.) Water Chestnuts
1 1/2 C. celery - finely cut
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing - 6 ozs.
1 C. mayonaise
Optional - frozen peas - 1 small pkg.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together chicken, soups, water chestnuts,celery and optional frozen peas.. Place in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Topping: Spread mayonaise over the top.
Spread Dressing over the top and pour melted butter over the dressing

Bake at 350º
