2 Whole Chickens - split/season/bake covered 1-1/2 hours
Debone and cut into small pieces
2 C. chopped celery
1 C. chopped green pepper
2 C. Mayonnaise
1 C. Sour Cream
3 T. Lemon Juice
1 T. mustard
Salt/ Pepper
Optional: chopped apples -4
grapes - cut up
1 C. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken the day before and refrigerate.
Mix together celery, green pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and mustard.
Refrigerate the mixture 1 day ahead.
Day of serving: Combine all ingredients. Add optional ingredients. Salt and Pepper to taste.
