3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
16 oz. (2 cup) pumpkin
3-1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Topping:
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp. margarine, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Grease and flour bottoms only of two 9 x 5 inch or three 8 x 4 inch loaf pans.
In large bowl combine sugar, oil, water, eggs, pumpkin.
Beat 1 minute at low speed.
Add 3-1/2 cups flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Blend at low speed until moistened.
Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Sir in nuts and raisins.
Pour into prepared pan.

In small bowl combine all topping ingredients until crumbly; sprinkly over batter.
Bake at 350º for 60 - 75 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans.
