1 chicken leg (skin ON)
5 - 6 C water

1 stalk celery, sliced up
1 lg. onion, minced
4 carrots sliced
noodles
salt
pepper

additional cooked chicken (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery, onion, carrot in microwave till soft.
Add water, chicken, vegetables to large pot and cook till chicken is done and falling off bone. Remove bones and skin from soup.
Add additional cooked chicken if desired (I usually add some cooked chicken breast).
Add uncooked noodles and simmer 30 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Can add other vegetables if desired.
