5/8 tsp. Quick rise yeast
1/8 C warm water
5 C flour
1/4 C + 1 tsp. salt
1 C milk
9 TBSP butter
2 egg yolks

Easiest if made in food processor

Melt butter, milk & water to 110º. Mix ALL dry ingredients. Add egg yolks and liquids and mix 10 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes. Separate into 4 balls and refrigerate overnight or freeze until needed.
Thaw or bring to room temperature. Rest 10 minutes. Roll out on floured board to 10" X 15"
Spread filling on to within 1/2 inch of edges. Roll and seal ends. Place seam side down on greased or parchment papered cookie sheet. Bake at 350º until browned.
