Ingredients:  
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
¼ cup margarine (or butter)
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp pepper
1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups hot cooked rice or noodles
Snipped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in margarine until meat is browned and onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.

Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through. Serve over noodles or rice. Sprinkle with parsley.
