Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cup self rising flour corn meal
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup cream style corn
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 can Ro-tel
onion to taste
3/4 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, except cheese.
Pour 1/2 of mixture in pan,
Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Add the rest of the mixture and
sprinkle with more cheese.
Bake at 400º until done.
