1 ¾ cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp dried parsley
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup butter
1 cup shredded old cheddar
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, whisk dry ingredients. Using pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cheese and milk to dough and mix with fork until ragged, moist dough forms. Drop by ¼ cupfuls 1 ½” apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425°F 13-15 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 12.
