1 lb cream cheese at room temperature
¾ lb unsalted butter at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
1 ½ lb confectioners’ sugar, sifted

In the bowl of an electric mixer with a paddle attachment, blend together cream cheese, butter and extracts. Add the sugar and mix until smooth. Makes enough for 18-20 cupcakes.
